About Nmbrs:
We are an international SaaS provider of advanced HR & Payroll technology. Our user-friendly software aims to elevate HR & Payroll services, ensuring our clients can provide the best possible HR & Payroll experience to their employees and their clients' employees. To make this possible, we invest heavily in our own culture, shaped and supported by our dedicated, passionate, and engaged colleagues. We believe in practicing what we preach: creating the best possible experience for our own employees. That's why we operate with self-managing teams and a high degree of autonomy, without managers at Nmbrs. We have adopted a hybrid working model, allowing everyone to choose their own path while considering colleagues. For the past two years, we have implemented a 4-day work week, as we believe in the benefits of working hard and resting well.
What you bring:
Experience in payroll administration and working with payroll software (such as Nmbrs or similar systems);
A PDL certificate, and possibly an NCP certification;
The ability to take the lead in projects and tasks;
A self-starting attitude and a strong sense of responsibility;
A team-oriented mindset, even in a role that can sometimes feel solitary.
