About the job
About Us
The Cyber Health Company equips individuals with a comprehensive toolkit and expert team dedicated to enhancing personal cybersecurity, ensuring online privacy, and fostering digital immunity, particularly for high-risk individuals.
Our Membership program is primarily sponsored by organizations to aid their senior executives in securing their personal cybersecurity outside of the corporate realm. Much like traditional healthcare coverage, our services are employer-sponsored, while prioritizing privacy for each executive.
Established in 2021, we have garnered investments from premier venture capital firms that supported the growth of iconic companies like Square, Airbnb, Uber, GitLab, Authy, and Digital Ocean. Proudly headquartered in New York City, we are at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.
Your Role as Implementation Manager
Facilitate Live Cyber Health Implementations - Engage directly with our Members beyond our application ecosystem. This involves setting up password management systems, securing iPhones, and conducting other privacy-centric service appointments via video conferencing. You will receive training on our workflows, and we expect thorough preparation to ensure each implementation is personalized and seamless. Efficient follow-up with Members is crucial, including documenting completed tasks and any adjustments to workflows.
Implement Asynchronous Cyber Health Workflows - Beyond one-on-one interactions, you will enhance Members’ Cyber Health through asynchronous initiatives. This includes managing Google Maps privacy settings, opting out of marketing databases, and leveraging our Monitoring program for tailored alerts. As our knowledge base expands and threats change, you will be responsible for executing new workflows as they are developed.
Care Planning and Presentations - Each Member receives a customized Care Plan, a prioritized list of proactive, risk-mitigating workflows. You will execute these plans, which may involve app usage, implementations, and asynchronous workflows. Personalizing each experience to ensure effective risk reduction is essential. Every year, you will also prepare presentations to review improvements in Cyber Health and outline expectations for the upcoming year.
About You
Cyber Health-Centric Mindset - You consistently make decisions with Cyber Health in consideration, prioritizing cybersecurity and privacy in all aspects.
