As the Implementation Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the processes, systems, and team that ensure the success of large-scale implementations of MaintainX software. You will set the standard for how MaintainX delivers value to its biggest clients, leading a team of implementation specialists and coordinating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will develop new processes to support the growth of the Professional Services team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and take full responsibility for the implementation lifecycle for clients, from kickoff to post-implementation support.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of implementation specialists in a collaborative spirit.
- Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure timely delivery of the most complex projects and facilitate rapid product adoption.
- Define and execute processes, guidelines, and performance indicators for large-scale implementation.
- Assign tasks, prioritize, and track project progress.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of new clients into implementation and support.
- Work with the product team to enhance the software based on client feedback.
- Maintain the quality and accuracy of software configurations, troubleshoot issues, and mitigate delivery risks.
- Continuously improve the implementation process by integrating industry best practices.
