JOB FAMILY SUMMARY:
The Implementation Team guides new Mindbody clients through the software configuration, training, and onboarding processes, ensuring a successful setup with our products. The team manages a diverse portfolio that includes SMB, Mid-Market (MM), and Strategic Accounts (SA), conducting virtual onboarding sessions that meet client needs and timelines. We provide training and support to ensure a seamless transition and effective use of the implemented solutions, along with recommendations for additional value-added services available through Mindbody.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager, Implementation APAC oversees a team of onboarding specialists responsible for delivering implementations across SMB, MM, and SA customer segments, ensuring they achieve performance targets and objectives. This role emphasizes coaching and developing team members, driving performance, and offering insights to management on team outcomes. The Manager also ensures alignment with Mindbody’s mission and strategy concerning the post-sales customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
Key responsibilities include leading a team of onboarding specialists to meet performance targets, ensuring successful product adoption and customer engagement via segment-tailored onboarding programs, providing ongoing coaching and development, aligning cross-functional teams, spearheading process improvements, and managing all aspects of team performance, including recruitment, development, and addressing performance challenges. For Strategic Accounts, the Manager additionally ensures close collaboration with a dedicated implementation manager and project manager while maintaining alignment with Sales to manage complex, multi-workstream implementations and stakeholder expectations.
