Your Role:
As an integral member of our Customer Support Team, the Implementation Specialist will represent DoseSpot to new clients, guiding them from the sales process through to successful product launch. This is an incredible opportunity to join our expanding Customer Success team, where you can help shape processes and contribute to robust success strategies. With a keen organizational mindset, your role will involve creating project plans, understanding client objectives, and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience. You'll provide training to users, manage communication, and coordinate launch activities for each customer. You’ll juggle multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities while maintaining a focus on customer success.
