What Awaits You
Base Pay of $18/hour, along with commission and performance-based incentives
Average earnings can reach an additional $500 per paycheck
Potential earnings in the first year can reach $60,000; top performers can earn $70,000–$90,000+ annually

Your Role
Represent Rite Window within retail locations and at promotional events
Engage with customers energetically and professionally, providing education on our product offerings
Generate leads by scheduling in-home consultations with our design and installation experts
Participate in training sessions to continuously enhance your product knowledge and communication abilities
Assist homeowners in embarking on their journey towards beautiful, hassle-free home improvements
What You Bring
1–2 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles is advantageous but not mandatory
Excellent communication skills and a natural flair for connecting with people
A drive to exceed expectations and achieve personal and team goals
