About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic, content-oriented Inbound Marketing Manager to spearhead the development and expansion of our B2B lead generation strategies. This position emphasizes creating engaging content rather than cold outreach. You will focus on crafting high-impact LinkedIn content, transforming audience engagement into substantial conversations, and converting those discussions into a qualified sales pipeline.
Collaborating closely with the founder, who will manage closing deals, your primary focus will be on generating consistent inbound opportunities through compelling content and relationship cultivation.
Your Responsibilities
Lead Generation Through Content (Primary Focus)
- Develop and curate compelling LinkedIn content, including posts, carousels, and engaging hooks.
- Identify content strategies that attract high-intent B2B prospects.
- Regularly test and refine content based on analytics and performance metrics.
From Content to Conversations to Pipeline
- Convert content interactions (likes, comments, profile views) into meaningful conversations.
- Initiate genuine, non-salesy direct messages based on user intent.
- Qualify prospects and facilitate their transition into the sales pipeline.
Audience Engagement & Lead Nurturing
- Consistently engage with your audience through comments, direct messages, and interactions.
- Build rapport with prospects through thoughtful follow-ups.
- Nurture leads using value-driven content and personalized messaging.
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Create straightforward content funnels (content → engagement → conversation → call).
- Design lead magnets and nurturing flows as necessary.
- Enhance conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Support for Sales (Optional)
- Collaborate with the founder to enhance the quality of conversions.
- Provide insights on messaging, prospect objections, and audience behavior.
- Optionally assist with early-stage sales discussions.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in content-driven B2B lead generation or organic growth.
- Extensive experience with LinkedIn content creation and personal branding.
- Demonstrated success in generating inbound leads or conversations through content.
- Exceptional copywriting and messaging abilities.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles (2–3 months).
