Your Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by qualifying warm inbound leads from marketing initiatives (such as webinars, trials, and quote/demo requests) primarily via phone and email.
- Guide inbound leads through the qualification process for the inside sales team.
- Create a positive first impression by providing an exceptional experience to our prospects and customers.
- Identify customer needs to assess the fit of Lightspeed’s solutions.
- Handle multiple lead sources, including calls, emails, chats, and referrals simultaneously.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain and manage the customer database, ensuring all communications are accurately logged.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager to devise new strategies for enhancing the sales pipeline and consistently achieving targeted goals.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
