We invite Independent Contractor (1099) BCBAs based in Georgia who are eager to take charge of their professional journey.
Your Role
Consider this your opportunity for “plug-and-play” independence. You will serve as the clinical leader, making informed decisions regarding treatment for your clients, while we manage your operational needs.
Your Focus Will Include:
Clinical decision-making and ensuring quality of care.
Creating your own schedule.
Determining whether cases require in-person consultations or if telehealth is suitable.
Managing your client load to align with your lifestyle.
We Take Care of:
RBT Staffing: We handle sourcing, vetting, payroll, and retention strategies; you select the best candidates to maintain a strong clinical team fit.
Administrative Tasks: We manage credentialing, authorizations, billing, and claims submissions.
Client Acquisition: We oversee the referral pipeline and intake process, connecting you with families seeking services, so you can focus on clinical work without worrying about marketing.
Core Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership: Conduct thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based evaluations to create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aimed at achieving significant outcomes.
Ensure Treatment Fidelity: Provide competency-based supervision and guidance to RBTs, ensuring that protocols are followed with high fidelity and clinical excellence.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to inform treatment adjustments and ensure effective outcomes.
