Your Challenge

Your Daily Responsibilities
Develop your client portfolio (networking, prospecting, referrals)
Qualify client needs (challenges, culture, competencies, success criteria)
Design the search strategy (job postings, sourcing, headhunting)
Conduct interviews and assess candidates (skills + soft skills)
Present a well-reasoned shortlist oriented towards decision-making
Ensure recruitment follow-up until integration
Manage your activities (pipeline, timelines, satisfaction)
Your Profile
You have experience in B2B business development, recruitment (agency, company, temporary, RPO, ESN...), with a strong focus on talent acquisition, or you are looking for a career transition.
You are eager to become self-employed and need support.
You are self-driven, organized, and results-focused.
You possess a commercial mindset and/or the desire to develop client relations.
You thrive in structured environments and value continuous improvement.
