Qualifications
Minimum RequirementsConsideration will be given to a combination of education and experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986 and must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check.Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.Experience:Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Flight Attendant.Minimum two (2) years of experience in a managerial role.Minimum one (1) year of experience managing within a union environment.Additional Requirements:Valid and unexpired Passport.Valid and unexpired Driver's License.Must complete Allegiant Flight Attendant Training and maintain currency.Strong proficiency in English to understand instructions and ensure safety, as well as to interact effectively with customers.

Summary
The Inflight Base Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing Inflight operations at their designated crew domicile. This position is integral to maintaining the operational excellence, safety, and customer service standards of the Inflight Department. The Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing Flight Attendants while promoting a culture of accountability, compliance, and performance excellence. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing Flight Attendants to surpass performance expectations, conducting observation flights and ramp checks, and analyzing customer experience metrics.
The Supervisor will handle fact-finding and grievance meetings, oversee hiring and termination processes, and manage conflict resolution in a positive, team-oriented environment. Working in an airport setting, the Supervisor will address day-to-day operations, respond to irregular situations, and implement strategies to ensure on-time performance and safety in alignment with Allegiant's principles and values.
Utilizing base and department performance metrics, the Supervisor will guide decision-making and identify areas for improvement. They will foster a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards, conducting investigations, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, the Supervisor will execute daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to ensure seamless operations during irregular flight schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to address delays, enhance on-time performance, and improve the overall customer experience. The Supervisor will also take ownership of special projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness and employee engagement.
