About the Role:
We are on the lookout for an Influencer Manager to spearhead and amplify a dynamic creator and influencer program across popular platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily execution of creator outreach and relationship management, ensuring campaigns are conducted seamlessly and authentically within the vibrant creator culture.
This position is hands-on and execution-focused, dedicated to sourcing creators, managing campaigns, and nurturing robust long-term partnerships. The Brand team will drive strategy, creative direction, and narrative; your mission will be to ensure the influencer operations run smoothly and dependably.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and recruit creators that align with the brand and target audience.
- Engage in proactive outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid collaborations.
- Establish and sustain an organized creator pipeline.
Campaign & Relationship Management
- Facilitate daily communications with creators.
- Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Ensure timely content delivery that meets expectations.
- Foster long-term partnerships with high-performing creators.
Program Execution
- Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style initiatives.
- Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights.
- Maintain comprehensive creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation.
Performance Tracking & Support
- Monitor essential performance metrics such as engagement and content usage.
- Provide insights and summaries to the Brand team.
- Assist in identifying creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams.
- Support launches and campaigns by synchronizing creator timelines with broader strategies.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (experience with eCommerce or consumer brands preferred).
- Strong comprehension of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trends.
- Proficient in outreach, contract negotiations, and relationship management with creators and agencies.
- Familiarity with influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs).
- Analytical mindset with a solid background in tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
