Your Role:
At ClassPass, we are passionate about making wellness accessible, motivating, and enjoyable. This entails engaging with our members in spaces they frequent and collaborating with trusted figures to inspire them to explore new possibilities. As the Influencer Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the strategy, development, and implementation of influencer campaigns that invigorate our brand across various channels, countries, and communities.
- Develop and lead influencer strategies across brand, lifecycle, and paid initiatives to enhance awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Refine and expand current programs by broadening networks and boosting engagement levels.
- Identify and manage creators, from macro to micro influencers, who resonate with our brand ethos and diverse global audience, acting as their primary liaison.
- Establish strong relationships with talent agencies, creators, and social media platforms to unlock novel partnership opportunities.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns from creative briefing to performance analysis, ensuring timely delivery of on-brand assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social media, paid media, PR, creative, and localization to amplify campaign reach and evaluate success.
- Monitor performance metrics and leverage insights to enhance partnerships and inform future strategies.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, new platforms, and best practices in creator content.
