About the Role
In this pivotal position within our Influencer & Creator Marketing team, you will take charge of managing TikTok influencer programs from inception to completion. This role is highly client-centric, requiring an individual who excels at balancing the needs of creators, internal teams, and brand stakeholders while adhering to established structures, timelines, and performance metrics.
This is not just an outreach role; you will own the execution of influencer programs that clients trust and creators respect.
Core Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the primary contact for designated client accounts
- Lead all client communications, providing updates and performance recaps
- Translate brand objectives into concise influencer briefs and strategic campaign plans
- Proactively manage timelines, expectations, and deliverable outcomes
Influencer Strategy & Execution
- Source, vet, and onboard TikTok creators aligned with campaign objectives
- Oversee influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and content delivery
- Manage content approvals, posting schedules, and adherence to brand guidelines
- Ensure creators meet timelines and maintain quality standards
Campaign Operations
- Own campaign timelines from kickoff through to completion
- Track live content, usage rights, whitelisting approvals, and deliverables
- Collaborate with paid media teams on Spark Ads and scaling strategies
- Maintain organized databases and documentation for influencers
Performance & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (views, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Provide clear, client-ready performance summaries and insights
- Identify top-performing creators and replicable content patterns
- Suggest data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign results
