Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager to spearhead capital and facilities projects from initial design through to construction and commissioning. This pivotal role encompasses technical coordination across MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), civil/structural, and architectural domains, ensuring that complex build-outs are delivered on time and within budget.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee the complete lifecycle management of infrastructure and facilities build-out projects, which include offices, laboratories, testing environments, and production spaces.
Lead high-performing project teams consisting of both internal and external resources, all focused on essential initiatives regarding vehicle production.
Develop and evaluate concept designs, technical assessments, utility requirements, and feasibility studies to ensure project viability.
Facilitate project delivery across MEP systems, civil/structural, architectural, and base-building infrastructure.
Manage relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and specialized consultants throughout the design, construction, and commissioning phases.
Review and contribute to design documentation, including drawings, mechanical and electrical layouts, utility diagrams, specifications, and technical records.
Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, scheduling, and budgetary requirements.
Prepare and present executive-level project summaries to facilitate engagement, alignment, and decision-making among leadership.
Lead the commissioning, testing, and handover processes for new infrastructure and facility spaces.
Collaborate with facilities operations to seamlessly integrate new systems into ongoing site operations.
Formulate long-term infrastructure plans concerning capacity, utilities, space planning, and future expansion endeavors.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including as-built records, permits, commissioning packages, and engineering documentation.
