Injection Process Engineer (IPL):
In alignment with the strategic priorities set forth by Management, you will:
- Provide support to project leaders in the injection domain.
- Manage projects related to injection techniques.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical:
- Develop and industrialize new plastic components from their design in collaboration with the design office through to production, adhering to existing procedures while respecting budgetary, scheduling, and quality requirements.
- Draft specifications for equipment, oversee process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and coordinate with various suppliers involved in project-related means.
- Adapt existing equipment to meet evolving specifications.
- Ensure equipment validation according to established procedures (DQ/FAT/IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Confirm the commissioning of equipment in workshops and establish necessary production support.
- Ensure personnel training on new equipment put into service.
- Conduct or facilitate testing on equipment as part of projects.
- Provide production support during troubleshooting (OEE, scrap rates, quality issues, etc.) and lead or participate in improvement teams.
- Define workstations with a focus on efficiency and ergonomics.
- Analyze work methods and propose enhancements in line with Lean methodologies (5S, TPM, SMED, VSM, etc.).
- Monitor service and site performance indicators.
