Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Ideation
- Create comprehensive content strategies for owned social channels and creator/influencer initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience insights.
- Convert cultural, platform, and audience trends into actionable creative concepts and formats.
- Collaborate with creative, social, and influencer teams to develop campaign narratives that resonate authentically and are socially relevant.
- Spot and leverage opportunities for content innovation across new platforms, formats, and communities.
- Creative Development
- Formulate creative concepts, themes, and pillars that embody strategic objectives across owned and creator-led content.
- Ensure all content initiatives align with overarching brand strategies, audience insights, and campaign goals.
- Work closely with social and influencer teams to turn concepts into engaging, platform-specific content.
- Maintain a high standard of consistency and quality across all content, ensuring alignment with brand voice, cultural relevance, and audience engagement targets.
- Offer strategic insights on creative execution, balancing innovation with practical constraints.
- Performance & Insights
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to derive insights from content performance, applying these findings to refine strategies and creative methods.
- Continuously track cultural moments, social behaviors, and influencer trends to keep brand content innovative and on the cutting edge.
- Present strategic recommendations, creative concepts, and post-campaign insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
