About the Role
We are seeking a visionary Creative Strategist with extensive experience in crafting compelling ad concepts for digital paid media across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and others. You possess a keen eye for detail and can provide actionable feedback on design and video, while also understanding the balance between performance metrics, creative experimentation, and asset development. Ideally, you come from a background in Design, Video Editing, or Performance Marketing, with a strong focus on enhancing paid media performance and creating advertisements that effectively sell products and services.
In this role, you will contribute to our Performance Creative service, an AI-powered creative strategy offering for paid media clients, where you will:
Leverage your expertise in creative strategy to evaluate the effectiveness of ad hooks, content, and overall creative direction, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Drive sales by delivering innovative creative solutions that resonate with target audiences and enhance engagement.
