What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Agent, you will embark on your career through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training to become proficient in Medicare. Our objective is to ensure you are set up for success from the outset.
Your journey begins with an extensive training program, where you will develop your skills and learn the best practices that have established SVG as an industry leader. We believe sales professionals excel when they can focus on selling rather than lead generation. Our commitment to your success includes not only providing scripts and contact lists but also offering support from our in-house marketing, customer care, and operations teams to ensure lasting client satisfaction.
As Sales Agents transition out of training, they consistently meet monthly sales quotas while refining their sales techniques with the assistance of supportive leadership and continuous training. Our Sales Agents aim to become trusted advisors for countless individuals making crucial Medicare decisions.
