Your Responsibilities
- Optimize and manage the Brivity CRM to enhance operational activities for clients, focusing on lead generation and database management.
- Daily prospecting for new clients through various channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails.
- Respond to incoming leads from internet sources, referrals, and sign calls through phone communication and messaging platforms.
- Enter and maintain accurate information in the database, implementing efficient touchpoint strategies for leads.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads until appointments are scheduled.
- Track conversion rates and achieve performance benchmarks.
