Rubrik is seeking dynamic Inside Sales Engineers to join our growing team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will receive hands-on training from experienced Field and Sales Engineering professionals. Our commitment to nurturing talent means we are looking for individuals with a solid technical background and a desire to excel as Sales Engineers, working towards regional revenue targets by spearheading innovative technical initiatives and managing daily account activities. You will play a pivotal role in promoting, positioning, and architecting the industry's leading hyper-converged hybrid cloud data management platform for small and mid-market clients across your designated region.
Position Highlights:
- Lead technical discussions with customers and colleagues to create comprehensive technology solutions that support pre-sales efforts within the assigned market.
- Assist in analyzing, designing, and developing fully integrated technology solutions.
- Exhibit technical expertise and leadership on Rubrik's products, distributed architectures, file systems, and competitive storage solutions in the SAN domain.
- Serve as a technical consultant to develop and propose solutions that align with the technology and business needs of assigned clients.
- Deliver technical and sales presentations to the technical teams and senior management of our channel partners and customers.
- Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients and provide internal support on technical matters or specific business applications within your market segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the account team, partners, and customers to achieve sales objectives, utilizing corporate resources and expertise as needed.
