Position Overview:

As part of our dynamic inside sales team, you will focus on upselling and upgrading our existing client accounts through proactive outbound calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Leverage a mix of ZipRecruiter’s internal data and external labor market insights to conduct sales demonstrations of our product offerings.
- Identify hiring challenges and provide tailored solutions using our suite of products and hiring campaigns.
- Schedule appointments via outbound calls to a blend of warm and cold leads, referrals, and past clients.
- Manage a sales pipeline of active business opportunities to project new monthly recurring revenue.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations with clients.
- Oversee the management of free trials of our offerings.
- Engage in 50+ phone calls daily, achieving 10+ meaningful conversations with our assigned client base.
- Analyze labor market trends and present insights to clients.
- Collaborate with Existing Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and identify future upsell opportunities.
