Role Summary:
Are you a dedicated and empathetic sales professional passionate about transforming cancer care? Join Everhope Oncology's mission as our Inside Sales Manager. In this role, you will be pivotal in converting inbound leads into outpatient department visits and treatments. By understanding patient needs and providing compassionate counselling, you will ensure a smooth journey from inquiry to treatment initiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion:
- Manage incoming patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and our website while proactively following up.
- Assess leads by understanding patient needs, including symptoms, diagnosis stage, treatment concerns, financial limitations, and emotional readiness.
- Facilitate OPD bookings and convert consultations into treatments such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
- Patient Counselling:
- Inform patients about Everhope’s offerings: quick access to treatment, private suites, dedicated care managers, insurance assistance, second opinions, and comprehensive care encompassing nutrition and emotional support.
- Provide tailored solutions based on medical requirements, financial feasibility, and patient journey stages.
- CRM & Documentation:
- Document all interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
- Maintain follow-up schedules to ensure no leads are lost.
- Monitor lead status daily: Active, Cold, Reconnect, Converted, Not Interested.
- Coordination & Support:
- Collaborate with various teams to coordinate consultations and treatment bookings.
- Assist with insurance queries and No Cost EMI options in partnership with financial partners.
- Performance Tracking:
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and call targets.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to the marketing team.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Hindi (empathetic, confident, and clear).
- Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach.
- Patient-first mindset with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficient in CRM tools and disciplined in follow-ups.
- High sense of ownership and ability to thrive under pressure.
- Prior experience in healthcare, dental, diagnostics, or wellness counselling is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Inside Sales.
- Location: Gurugram (WFO).
