Your Role:
As the Inside Sales Manager, you will be passionate about coaching and developing team members, fostering an environment of continuous growth and mentorship. Your coaching will enhance individual and team performance, and your strong interpersonal skills will help you build collaborative relationships.
You will be responsible for the strategic management of your team, focusing on key performance indicators such as activity, conversion, and engagement. Your success will be measured by critical KPIs including Enrollment Rate, Enrollment Attainment, Attended Demos, Average Selling Price (ASP), Churn Rate, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
