We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and develop our Demand Generation & Inside Sales team in Blue Bell, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Business Development and Inside Sales Representatives to conduct thorough pre-call and pre-email research.
- Provide clarity in daily prioritization for team members, adjusting based on lead volume and market conditions.
- Encourage team members to perform discovery and needs analysis effectively, adapting to changing circumstances.
- Enhance team engagement through sophisticated questioning, guiding prospects towards qualification.
- Strengthen team objection handling capabilities and ensure consistent qualification criteria.
- Facilitate seamless handoffs and scheduling to the Sales team to improve efficiency.
- Conduct audits to ensure accurate and complete use of Microsoft Dynamics by team members.
- Guide team members in utilizing the sales process for qualification and maintain ongoing training.
- Encourage the use of educational content to engage prospects at the right moment.
- Own performance management, including goal setting and measurement, while coaching team members for improvement.
- Take a hands-on approach in identifying and closing opportunities as needed.
- Provide tactical coaching frequently to capitalize on improvement opportunities.
- Maintain responsibility for Demand Generation & Inside Sales unit data, including KPIs and performance reporting.
