Job Summary: The Inside Sales Representative will report to the General Sales Manager (GSM) or designated Manager, acting as a vital partner in fostering customer relationships to enhance our auction business. This role involves developing and maintaining connections with various clients, including individual dealers, dealer groups, and institutional accounts, to drive auction sales.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Service:
- Ensure prompt and courteous attention to customers through calls, emails, and messages.
- Address customer complaints amicably and inform management of serious issues.
- Maintain professionalism in appearance and work environment, greeting customers promptly.
- Coordinate hotel and flight reservations with the local transportation department.
- Sales and Auction Day Responsibilities:
- Engage daily with dealers to solicit new buying and selling business via phone and internet, discussing inventory needs and upcoming promotions.
- Maintain relationships with current clients and serve as a liaison for external partners.
