About the Role: We are seeking a talented Inside Connections Representative to champion our mission of empowering individuals to lead healthy, fulfilling lives. In this role, you will identify, prospect, and develop new accounts through strategic customer acquisition initiatives aimed at the SMB market segment. A successful candidate will possess a proven track record of meeting sales quotas and exhibit expertise in tactical account management and closure. Collaboration with market operational leaders and cross-functional teams will be essential in fostering profitable client engagement and enhancing happiness in the health and wellness sector.
Your Impact:
- Conduct thorough market research in assigned territories.
- Utilize proven inside sales methodologies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the SMB customer buying journey and provide regional market coverage.
- Identify, target, and qualify prospective accounts while executing market sales strategies.
- Collaborate with operational leaders, Sales Development, and Account Management to enhance market performance.
- Craft messaging based on account profiles to facilitate successful business closures.
- Exhibit proficiency in multi-departmental and persona-based selling techniques.
- Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by accurately entering sales information.
- Stay informed on trends in the health and wellness industry.
- Develop winning proposals aligned with client needs and company standards.
- Support Account Executives and Sales Development Representatives.
- Employ Strategic Selling™ methodologies in your approach.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to customers and prospects across various departments.
