Your Role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary goal is to transform inbound demo requests into satisfied lemlist customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with prospects, identifying their pain points, and demonstrating how lemlist can effectively address their needs.
Manage Inbound Leads: Handle a substantial volume of inbound demo requests, guiding prospects from the initial call to closing the sale.
Consultative Selling: Conduct customized product demonstrations, uncover genuine challenges, and cultivate robust, long-term relationships.
Achieve and Exceed Targets: Close deals with an average size of €1,500 ARR while driving significant revenue impact.
Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized CRM, follow up professionally, and ensure smooth, human communication.
Continuous Improvement: Embrace coaching opportunities, seek feedback, and consistently strive to enhance your sales skills.
