We are currently seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing outstanding customer service by responding to incoming calls, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and executing follow-up procedures.
Maximizing customer engagement by converting inquiries into sales and recommending complementary or replacement products.
Preparing and following up on bids and quotations as necessary.
Recording all customer interactions and sales activities within the ACS system.
Collaborating with the Outside Sales team to ensure exceptional account management for all customers.
Assisting Outside Sales in executing sales and marketing initiatives.
Staying informed about Ryan Herco Flow Solutions’ product offerings.
Participating in product and sales training sessions as required.
Maintaining and updating the customer database.
