As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. You will oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to strengthening and expanding existing customer relationships. When commercial opportunities arise, you may occasionally participate in international business trips.
In this position, you will blend commercial responsibilities with customer-oriented service. You will significantly contribute to reactivating inactive clients and expanding existing partnerships through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Your Responsibilities
Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
Actively generate and follow up on high-quality leads.
Identify customer needs and realize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Carefully process orders and customer inquiries.
Work closely with account managers to optimize growth potential.
Be the first point of contact for (key) accounts.
What We Offer
Salary between €2700 and €3800 gross per month.
Location: Roosendaal/Rotterdam (minimum 2 days per week in Roosendaal).
28 vacation days, with the option to purchase 5 additional days.
One week per year working from abroad.
Daily provided lunch at the office.
A generous training budget: up to one gross monthly salary per year net for relevant training – without repayment obligation.
Who You Are
You have 1 to 3 years of experience in a commercial role, such as in sales, customer service, or account management.
You possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving customer needs.
