Your Impact
- Promote DCC services and provide remote support via phone to small and medium-sized business (SMB) merchants.
- Train merchant staff (cashiers, terminal operators) on optimal practices for utilizing DCC.
- Share actionable insights to help merchants enhance transaction efficiency and boost usage.
- Engage in cross-selling and upselling additional payment services.
- Encourage merchant activation and foster active engagement with our services.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring data validation, imports/exports, and reporting.
- Support daily CRM operations to ensure smooth merchant lifecycle management.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound contact centers or the payments industry.
- Familiarity with Gift Card, Prepaid, Issuing, or Acquiring products is an advantage.
- Proficient in CRM systems; adept in managing data (imports/exports, cleaning, validation).
- Basic Excel skills (formulas, charts, data manipulation).
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Eligible for full-time employment in the EU without the need for employer sponsorship.
