Your Responsibilities
Become an integral part of a legendary brand that is poised to transform the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Crafting and implementing a strategic inside sales plan to convert reservation holders and leads into confirmed vehicle orders ahead of production and delivery.
- Collaborating closely with Digital Products and external vendors to establish requirements and develop essential tools, systems, and workflows for comprehensive sales pipeline management.
- Contributing to the development of a high-performing inside sales and service function by enhancing processes, playbooks, and performance standards for an optimal customer experience.
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, effectively communicating product features, and guiding them through the ordering process.
- Providing valuable feedback from customers and the sales and service pipeline to cross-functional teams including Product, Delivery, Marketing, and Operations to refine tools, messaging, and journey design.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on key funnel metrics to enhance conversion rates, sales efficiency, and service engagement.
