Join our enthusiastic team at Domino's Pizza as an Inside Team Member, also known as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude and an energetic voice. As a CSR, you will engage with customers throughout your shift, addressing various inquiries and concerns. It is essential to have a strong understanding of our products, services, and pricing to effectively communicate important information to our valued customers.
While fulfilling the duties of this role, you may be required to work in outdoor environments, adapt to varying temperatures, and navigate a bustling atmosphere with moving machinery and equipment. The position can be physically demanding; you may need to perform repetitive hand movements, stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach, crouch, or kneel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging potential customers by answering product and service inquiries and promoting our offerings through advertising techniques.
- Managing customer accounts by accurately recording and updating information.
- Preparing and packaging food items for delivery.
- Processing payments and handing out orders to customers.
- Resolving product or service issues by identifying the root cause, recommending solutions, and ensuring follow-up for resolution.
- Maintaining financial accuracy by processing customer adjustments.
- Contributing to team success by assisting with related tasks as needed.
