As an Insight Analyst, you will play a vital role in comprehending our clients' requirements, providing outstanding customer service, and fostering long-term relationships to ensure they derive maximum benefit from our products and services. This position necessitates regular travel to the Stuttgart area to maintain close connections with key clients and promote strong on-site engagement. Your Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.

- Collect customer feedback and relay product enhancement suggestions to the development team.
