As an Installation Project Coordinator, you will oversee all post-sales activities for our trade builders and commercial clients, ensuring effective communication via phone and email with customers, installers, and sales representatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and comply with all Pella Carolina policies.

- Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the installation process, including reminder calls and service date confirmations.
- Efficiently coordinate schedules for Field Project Coordinators to meet customer needs.
- Develop and execute action plans to address customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor the entire installation process and keep all stakeholders informed.
- Review completion certificates and invoices, ensuring final payments are collected from customers.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by your manager.
