In the heart of creative spaces, the Installation Technician is a true builder of solutions. Versatile, autonomous, and resourceful, you will be responsible for the maintenance, transformation, and evolution of the studio's facilities.
Your role goes beyond traditional maintenance: you will design and fabricate custom elements, support live-action shoots and projects, and actively contribute to creating functional, inspiring, and safe work environments.
Main Responsibilities:
Mastery of Your Craft
Perform a wide range of manual tasks: construction, renovation, and general maintenance.
Ensure regular maintenance of facilities (basic plumbing and electricity, carpentry, painting, locksmithing, etc.).
Conduct demolition and light construction work (partitions, surfaces, temporary or permanent setups).
Execute meticulous finishing work (plastering, painting, adjustments).
Oversee the maintenance of key studio areas: walls, cyclorama, terrace, common spaces.
Manage inventories, tools, and materials in the workshop.
Coordinate and monitor interventions by external suppliers when necessary.
Creative Quality
Design and manufacture unique, custom elements for film projects, advertising, and live-action shoots as needed.
Demonstrate imagination and ingenuity in solving unusual technical or logistical challenges.
Technical Quality
Utilize strong skills in construction, repair, and maintenance.
Perform basic diagnostics and interventions in plumbing and electricity (an asset).
Maintain a high level of quality in work execution.
Strictly apply health and safety standards at all times.
Communication
Collaborate closely with passionate, tight-knit teams.
Clearly communicate constraints, proposed solutions, and work progress.
