The Opportunity
We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance & Intake Coordinator, affectionately termed as an 'Infusion Guide,' who is eager to elevate infusion therapy care standards.
The Infusion Guide will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by meticulously managing referral and intake processes while delivering exemplary customer service to both patients and physicians. Your commitment will guarantee that our patients receive the utmost care in infusion therapy.
This is a Full-Time position requiring onsite presence during patient appointments. The position is based in Spartanburg, SC, with working hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. Ideal candidates will have experience in reading medical charts and managing insurance pre-authorizations. The Infusion Guide role is tailored for those eager to stay at the forefront of healthcare innovation while enjoying predictable hours, autonomy, and a balanced workload.
