Are you a demand generation marketer with a strong analytical mindset? A creative storyteller eager to understand your audience and craft impactful programs that inspire action? We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Lead who possesses the ideal blend of precise audience segmentation, relevant messaging, strategic media planning, experimental design, and a holistic understanding of the customer journey, all aimed at driving ROI and scalable outcomes. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Creative, Lifecycle, Web, and Field teams to help Klaviyo advance our vision for K:Service, our AI-driven customer service platform that integrates Customer Hub, Customer Agent, and Helpdesk, enabling brands to transform every support interaction into a revenue-generating and loyalty-building moment—not just a resolved ticket. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing.
