About the Role:
The Connectivity Operations team serves as the backbone of our partner ecosystem, ensuring that third-party platforms, such as reservation systems and ticketing APIs, operate swiftly and seamlessly. As an Integrations Support Analyst, you will leverage your analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and resolve issues within the integration pipeline. Collaborating closely with internal partners in Engineering, Product, and Technology Operations, you will address challenges impacting our customers and business. Additionally, you will support initiatives aimed at improving processes to minimize manual interventions and operational burdens. An ideal candidate is someone with a passion for technology, API connectivity, and operational excellence.

Your mission will be to guarantee reliable, scalable, and efficient connectivity between Groupon and third-party platforms by proactively identifying issues, resolving integration challenges, and minimizing operational friction across our partner ecosystem.
