Your main responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and optimizing access configurations in the Alwin software (2000 badges, 140 readers across 3 sites).
- Proposing improvements and simplifications to make configurations more fluid and transferable: profiles, schedules, visitor badges, specific badges for rescuers, etc.
- Writing clear and operational procedures to enable new contributors to autonomously manage: badge creation, loss/breakage management, standard circulation.
- Training new operators (reception teams, common services) to streamline the issuance of these badges.
- Ensuring database coherence across sites and software: updates, verification, and synchronization.
You will work alongside the HSE manager and contribute to the continuous improvement of the system with the integrator.
