As the Team Manager for IAM Risk, you will play a crucial role in this endeavor. Our IAM Risk division comprises approximately 40 Internal Account Managers organized into specialized sector teams based in Den Bosch, Eindhoven, Breda, and The Hague. You will be responsible for your region and will collaborate closely with another Team Manager (located in The Hague) and the IAM Risk Manager to ensure quality, continuity, and professionalism.
Your Role
As the Team Manager for IAM Risk, you will serve as the main point of contact for IAMs in Den Bosch and Eindhoven (with future responsibilities in Breda). You will create an environment where team members feel valued, grow professionally, and collaborate effectively. Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching, guiding, and developing IAMs, including conducting YOU and growth conversations
- Collaborating with Sector Team Managers, the IAM Risk Manager, and fellow Team Managers
- Optimizing work processes, IT systems, personnel planning, and efficiency
- Contributing to improvement initiatives and future-proofing the team through project work
- Potentially managing a personal client portfolio
You will be present in the office regularly (2 days in Den Bosch, 2 days in Eindhoven) and may also perform hands-on duties to maintain your expertise.
