Position Summary:
EarnIn is on the lookout for a skilled Internal Communications Lead to establish and elevate internal communications as a pivotal function within our Communications team. This role will spearhead the strategy, systems, and execution of global internal communications, enhancing employee engagement, aligning leadership, fostering cultural connections, and ensuring operational clarity across our expanding global workforce.
As we scale, effective internal communications are essential for aligning our employees with company strategies, building trust in leadership, and cultivating a shared sense of purpose. This role will collaborate closely with Executive Leadership, HR, and cross-functional leaders to translate business priorities into clear, consistent, and engaging narratives that resonate with all employees, regardless of location.
This hands-on, impactful position is focused on creating foundational infrastructure, facilitating leadership communication, and establishing two-way feedback loops that enhance engagement and connection. This is a 6-month contract position requiring 20-30 hours per week, with a hybrid work model that includes two days in our Mountain View office. The hourly pay ranges from $50.00 to $75.00.
