Hybrid Work Arrangement: This role is primarily based in our South San Francisco office, with the flexibility to telecommute from your home office 2 to 4 days each week. Employees may need to use personal phone or internet services during telecommuting, with reimbursement provided. Occasional travel to other Race offices or off-site locations may also be required.

Compensation: The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $95,000.

Role Overview: The Internal Communications & Office Administrator is a highly autonomous hybrid role focused on internal communications, creative content development, and administrative support. This position is responsible for driving internal messaging, creating engaging written and visual content, coordinating projects and deadlines independently, and providing necessary administrative assistance. While the Operations Administration Manager retains all approvals and policy ownership, this role ensures timely execution of internal communications, the creation of engaging content, and smooth operational support at assigned locations.
