We are currently looking for a Medical Director and Attending Physician based in Strafford, MO, to serve local skilled nursing facilities within a close-knit, mission-driven community.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the attending physician for patients in your assigned skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
- Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to manage daily patient care and provide clinical supervision.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care by diagnosing and treating both acute and chronic conditions.
- Engage in Theoria’s Chronic Care Management, Transitional Care, Remote Patient Monitoring, and other quality initiatives.
Your Qualifications
Physicians (MD/DO) must possess an active U.S. medical license and be board-certified or board-eligible in an appropriate specialty. New graduates who are board-eligible and actively pursuing licensure are encouraged to apply. Qualified specialties include but are not limited to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Geriatric Medicine. Candidates must be capable of performing the essential functions of this position satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.
