Job Title: Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Lead
Salary: £36,660 - £40,000 (FTE)
Hours per week: 28 hours per week (0.8)
Location: At IOSH, we embrace hybrid working to support work-life balance and enhance our collaborative culture. This role requires working from our head office in Wigston, Leicester for a minimum of 2 days per week, with the remainder of your hours completed from home.
The successful candidate must have the legal right to live and work in the UK.

About the Role
Are you dedicated to elevating standards in health and safety education? We are on a mission to provide outstanding learning experiences that truly make a difference—and we need an Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) Lead to uphold excellence across our programs.
In this pivotal position, you will ensure the integrity, consistency, and quality of assessment and learning delivery across IOSH Academy qualifications. You will guarantee compliance with regulatory standards, drive continuous improvement, and protect the reputation of IOSH qualifications.
As a leader, you will provide academic direction and support to our tutor and assessor teams, act as the main academic liaison with the IOSH Awarding Organisation, and oversee internal quality assurance across our offerings.
This is a proactive role: you will be hands-on in activities such as sampling, standardization, assisting tutors and assessors, analyzing performance data, creating IQA reports, and potentially leading live learner sessions. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of learning and the success of our learners.

You will be organized, analytical, and collaborative, thriving under deadlines, preparing for audits, and serving as the academic contact for the awarding organization.

Essential Criteria
RQF Level 4 Internal Quality Assurance qualification or equivalent.
