Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage your own recruitment desk within a specialized international market.
- Proactively create new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, and strategic market engagement.
- Oversee the complete 360 recruitment cycle — from acquiring clients to placing candidates and providing aftercare.
- Foster long-term, consultative relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in marketing, operations, data, and finance to drive business success.
- Utilize industry-leading technology to optimize administrative tasks and concentrate on revenue-generating activities.
- Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators related to activity, revenue, and placements.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the ERP, HRIS, and Healthcare systems sectors.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in 360 recruitment or B2B sales with a significant business development focus.
- Demonstrated success in generating new business and nurturing client relationships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Resilient, self-driven, and goal-oriented with a strong desire for success.
- Access to a laptop and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
