As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an International Human Resources Manager to join our headquarters in Issy-les-Moulineaux. This role is vital in supporting our acquisition projects, structuring HR practices across subsidiaries, and guiding our managers in the daily management of their teams.
Reporting to the HR Director, you will have both strategic and operational responsibilities across our international scopes (Chile, Peru, Spain, Morocco, Indian Ocean) and acquired subsidiaries. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in upfront social due diligence operations in collaboration with the HR Director and relevant departments to identify social risks, assess HR practices, and forecast integration needs.
- After acquisition, managing the HR scope of the acquired company, whether located in France or abroad, providing close support to managers and employees.
- Overseeing general HR functions for all companies acquired by SMAC as part of external growth operations (M&A).
- Supporting operational management and leadership teams in new subsidiaries, both in France and internationally, to ensure smooth social integration, harmonize HR practices, and ensure proper implementation of SMAC's HR policies.
- Serving as the primary contact for managers on all HR aspects (disciplinary issues, recruitment, social relations, talent management, compensation, etc.)
The position requires travel (approximately one week per month) and balances strategic vision with hands-on engagement.
