At Baker Tilly, you will work at the intersection of international payroll, global mobility, and advisory services. You will assist clients with their global operations, ensuring they remain fully compliant in all countries where they have employees. You will become a vital part of the Global Mobility team within Employment Advisory: a dedicated, professional, and dynamic group that collaborates closely, shares knowledge, and strengthens each other.
In this role, you will be involved in the execution, preparation, and coordination of international payroll activities. You will support clients with various international mobility issues and collaborate closely with fellow specialists to deliver optimal solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting clients with international payroll matters such as the 30% ruling, salary splits, and shadow payroll.
- Coordinating international payroll processes and ensuring that changes are processed accurately and timely.
- Translating changes in (inter)national laws and regulations into clear, actionable items for clients.
- Responding to client inquiries and liaising with pension funds, insurers, and international agencies.
- Working closely with the Employment Advisory team to provide comprehensive support to clients.
