Hemeria is a prominent European player in the space sector, focusing on innovative small satellite solutions. To support our growth trajectory, we are expanding our sales team to enhance our international reach and strengthen our footprint in export markets.
We are on the lookout for a results-oriented International Sales Manager to spearhead the commercial expansion of our small satellite solutions on a global scale (excluding France, European Space Agency, and NATO).
Your role will entail developing and executing the international sales strategy, building a robust partner network, and driving revenue growth in export markets.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
Define and implement Hemeria's international growth strategy for small satellites, aligned with group objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-potential geographical regions and export markets, considering institutional, industrial, and regulatory challenges (e.g., ITAR, export control).
Commercial Development
Proactively detect and develop international business opportunities: lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and long sales cycle oversight.
Structure, lead, and expand a network of local partners, agents, and integrators to enhance Hemeria's commercial presence abroad.
Sales Execution
Drive complex commercial negotiations and contribute to the successful conclusion of high-stakes export contracts.
Coordinate responses to international tenders in close collaboration with technical, pre-sales, legal, and program teams.
Representation & Visibility
Represent Hemeria at international trade shows, professional events, and institutional missions.
Contribute to achieving international revenue targets and securing export orders.
