What Will You Do?
As an International Sales Support Representative, you will play a vital role in our commercial team. You will be the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transporters around the world. With your organizational skills and commercial insight, you will ensure that orders flow smoothly from inception to delivery. You will collaborate closely with a small, tight-knit team of three colleagues, where everyone shares responsibility and can adapt quickly. Your tasks will include:
Receiving orders via email or phone;
Creating and issuing purchase orders in Exact;
Drafting and sending sales orders;
Checking stock levels and ordering inventory as necessary to process orders;
Developing planning and maintaining communication with customers and suppliers;
Monitoring delivery times, resolving potential delays, and communicating promptly with customers;
Creating transport planning for both incoming and outgoing shipments;
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries to customers;
Documenting all actions accurately in the CRM system;
Actively contributing to process improvements and implementing those changes.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 17:00.
